The National Airports Corporation (NAC) of Zambia has rejected a proposal by Zambian Airways to settle outside of court the debt of US$2 million that the defunct airline owes the corporation. NAC managing director Robinson Misitala told the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament (PAC) yesterday that Zambian Airways has only been proposing that the matter be settled out of court without giving an offer.
