Turkish Airlines completes first A330 passenger to freight conversion

Turkish Airlines’ Turkish Technic, working with Elbe Flugzeugwerke, has successfully completed its first A330 passenger to freight plane (P2F) conversion. It is the first in a series of P2F conversions which are scheduled to be completed in mid-2024. “We are happy to reach a major milestone on the first conversion as we partner with EFW to meet high-level demand in the market,” said Turkish Technic CEO Mikail Akbulut. “Passenger-to-freighter conversions require a combination of industry-leading expertise, structural skills and operational excellence.”
