Vietnam Airlines to sell three A321 to raise revenue

Vietnam Airlines has put three of its Airbus A321 aircraft for auction in an attempt to raise revenue. The starting price is $5 million with the highest bidder getting the deal. Vietnam Airlines has 48 A321neos in its fleet with an average age of 11.8 years, with a seat capacity of 178-203 in a two-class configuration. The three A321s to be auctioned are registered as VN-A350, VN-A351, and VN-A352. The average age of the three aircraft is over 16 years. They were delivered to Vietnam Airlines is early 2007.
