Emirates marks 25th anniversary of Malta operations

Emirates recently marked its 25th anniversary of the start of operations in Malta. A quarter century ago, on March 30, 1998 Emirates began its Malta flights and have so far carried over 1.1 million passengers on more than 12,700 flights. Dubai is the farthest east-bound route from Malta and one of the few destinations for travel outside of Europe.
