Michael Kunz has been appointed chief executive of the new Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport. Announcing the appointment, Munich Airport NJ LLC (MA NJ), which runs the terminal, said ex-Lufthansa man Kunz is “an experienced business leader” who will work with chief operations officer Stefan Fornasier and chief commercial officer Elisabeth Sailer to run the terminal, which opened in January 2023. “It is our pleasure to welcome Michael to the Munich Airport family,” said Lutz Weisser ,the company’s managing director, who described Kunz, a former Fraport and Klagenfurt Airport executive, as “the perfect fit to lead Munich Airport
