Union representatives GMB and security firm Mitie has struck a deal with London Heathrow which will benefit hundreds of security guards. The agreement will benefit staff across all five of Heathrow’s terminals, and is a recognition deal. Mitie will bargain with GMB over pay, terms and conditions; and will consult with GMB on any major changes that affect the workforce.
