Farnborough Airport has appointed contractors McLaughlin & Harvey and Gebler Tooth for the design and construction of its new £55m 175,000 sq. ft state of the art and sustainably designed hangar development, Domus III. Farnborough Airport has been working closely with McLaughlin & Harvey and Gebler Tooth to create a plan that will increase hangar space by over 70%. The large project was conceived in response to the growing demand for premium hangar space with a design that accommodates the growing presence of the next generation of business jets. The new hangar will be rated by BREEAM, the sustainability assessment
