Tokyo Narita Airport is planning to increase the passenger ticket taxes effective September 1. The hike also includes 31.7% increase in the transit passenger fare. The airport collects International Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC) for transit passengers. This charge will increase from JPY1,040 per ticket currently to JPY1,370 per ticket.
