Kiln, an international insurance and reinsurance underwriting group and a member of Tokio Marine Group, has introduced a new aviation unit in Singapore to underwrite aviation risks. The aviation team in Singapore will be led by Brendan Warner. It will focus on a range of aviation risks throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including: regional airline, general aviation, products and airport liability, hull war, hull deductible and excess liability. The team will operate with an $80m line size for liability and $12m for Hull risks. Warner has 33 years of aviation insurance industry experience, and will work alongside underwriter, Jenny Choi.
