Textron Aviation has produced a new Cessna Citation business jet as part of its “legendary” 560XL series. The Cessna Citation Ascend features new cockpit, improved performance and a more luxurious cabin, Textron said. “With an 560XL aircraft taking off or landing every two minutes somewhere in the world, this aircraft will be part of the most successful business jet family,” said Ron Draper, president and chief executive of Textron Aviation The addition was revealed ahead of the May 23-25 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition in Geneva.
