The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has warned that a mix of wind, rain, snow and thunderstorms could hamper flights across multiple airports in the US. Airports in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco could expect flights to be slowed by wind and clouds, the regulator said on January 12, with snow possible around Denver.
