Sukhoi Superjet to be delivered in 2010

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Superjet has stated that it will deliver its first jet this year. It also stated that it was in order talks with western airlines including Lufthansa and Alitalia. Superjet has 152 orders but more are expected once the plane begins service with its first customer, Armenia’s Armavia, according to Paolo Revelli-Beaumont, senior vice president for marketing and sales at Superjet.
