The Indian government has relaxed rules on using mobile telephone on board aircraft. Previously using a phone on an aircraft after it lands and clears the active runway was banned, now the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), India’s civil aviation regulatory authority has relaxed that rule.
