Moment has partnered with Malaysia Airlines to install its immersive and innovative In-Flight Entertainment platform, Flymingo Connect, aboard its Boeing 737-800. The next-gen inflight entertainment solution is a modular embedded In-Flight Entertainment platform, featuring a Server and Wireless Access Points. Embedding the latest technologies (5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, and IoT gateways), Flymingo Connect enables airlines to provide in-cabin connected services, enhance digitalization, and automate aircraft operations. Moment is scheduled to roll out pilot tests on this state-of-the-art IFE portal starting in January 2022 on selected aircraft on Malaysia Airlines’ B737-800 fleet.
