Etihad Cargo has partnered with Rotate to co-develop a first of its kind sales optimisation tool to identify sales initiatives to add value to customer relations. The Sales Cockpit will analyse data using sophisticated custom-built algorithms and generate recommendations on how Etihad Cargo can strengthen customer relationships. Rotate claims that with the new tool the airline representatives will gain a more in-depth understanding of their products, routes and requirements.
