Emirates launch world’s first portable robotic check-in assistant – Sara

Emirates is all set to launch a new City Check-in and Travel Store, an innovative portable robotic check-in assistant ‘Sara’.  It has a 2.5 metre LCD screen showing the latest destination content from Emirates, and more screens showing an interactive touchscreen map. Customers can now conveniently book travel, check-in for flights, drop luggage, shop for travel essentials, and save time at the airport. The facility will be located at the ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and operational from April 27, 2023.
