Boeing to raise 767 production rates
Boeing is planning to increase production of its 767 aircraft to 2.5 per month by late 2017, which will enable the manufacturer to accommodate FedEx’s order for 50 aircraft. The current production rate is 1.5 per month. Boeing’s backlog of 767 orders reaches into the mid-2020s.
