Akasa Air has partnered with Blue Ribbon Bags, to track and expedite the return of delayed baggage. This is an add-on service that can be purchased for $1.16 with the passenger getting compensation of $232 per bag, up to two bags, regardless of contents or receipts if it is not returned within 96 hours of the arrival of the flight. The passenger can file a claim with the airline at the destination and obtain an airline tracking reference.
