AirAsia passengers might face disruptions as the airline plans to upgrade its reservation and passenger processing systems for an enhanced online experience. The airline will conduct the system upgrade from November 23, 2022, 09:00 PM (GMT+8) up to 24 November 2022, 03:00 AM (GMT+8), as a part of its continuous process. The disruptions will be on self-check-in online via the AirAsia Super App and website, flight bookings on AirAsia Super App and website, as well as AirAsia, rewards redemption. The system upgrade will also impact ground operations, and affect the availability of check-in and baggage drop services at all airports
