Airbus has stated that it is preliminary talks with Steven Udvar-Hazy leasing outfit, Air Lease, on its A320neo, which has garnered surprise from some quarters as Hazy has expressed doubts about the revamped aircraft. The European manufacturer however was quick to quash rumours of an order for 1000 aircraft. Hazy took delivery of his first Airbus aircraft since the launch of Air Lease last year, which will be operated by Air New Zealand.
