The Transport Workers Union is preparing to challenge the decision by Fair Work Australia that terminated their industrial action because they claim Qantas acted improperly and broke the law. Qantas insists it had fully complied with the law during the dispute and had taken the only option available to it in grounding the fleet last weekend.
