The 17 recently sacked Air India cabin crew members have submitted an unconditional apology for reporting late to work and delaying flights. The cabin crew have stated that they were incited by their union. Air India, which stated that the action by the cabin crew caused its ontime performance to drop to as low as 35% in February, has responded by saying that it will consider their request for pardon on a “case to case basis”.
