Republic Airways Holdings has been made aware of a complaint filed by Delta that it is in breach of its capacity purchase agreements. Republic has stated that it has not been served and has not received the full complaint and therefore cannot comment further on the matter at this time. However it has confirmed that it is not in breach of any of its capacity purchase agreements with any of its mainline partners, including both Delta Connection Agreements.
