GCAS named ICAO’s Regional Training Centre of Excellence for the Middle East

The Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies (GCAS) has announced today that it has been selected as the Regional Training Centre of Excellence (RTCE) by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) for the Middle East region. As such, GCAS will represent ICAO in the Middle East in four separate categories: Aerodromes, Air Transport, Flight Safety and Safety Management. Commenting on receiving the award, H.E.
