The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India is planning to expand its workforce by hiring 1,000 employees by 2030. With the rapidly growing aviation sector, India is poised to become the third largest aviation sector in the world and calls for a well-staffed regulatory body for operational efficiency.
