The Chinese government has again increased the price of domestic jet fuel by 11% to CNY7,583 per ton ($1,195). The state has increase the domestic jet fuel prices every month this year as the international cost of oil fluctuates but this is the largest rise so far. Last month, domestic jet fuel prices were raised 1.43% to CNY6,820 per ton. Air China and China Eastern Airlines are planning to restart fuel hedging.
