JiZhong Energy Group is selling its 15% stake in Xiamen Airlines to Xiamen C&D for 2.2 billion yuan. Xiamen C&D stake in Xiamen Airlines will thus increase from 34% to 49%. China Southern Airlines will retain its 51% stake.
