In a public letter, Oscar Munoz, the new chief executive of United Continental has declared that the combined company failed to live up to the expectations of both fliers and United's employees.
In his letter, Munoz said that he was committed to re-earning its customer’s trust but he didn't offer any hints as to how he will actually fix United's many problems except that he will listen to fliers and employees.
