A 71.3% stake in S7 Airlines is allegedly being offered for sale by current shareholders Vladislav Filev and his wife. News reports suggest the stake has been offered to Aeroflot and Transaero for a price ranging from $300 million to $350 million.
S7 Group has denied shareholders are considering selling the airline.
