Foreign ministers from Iraq and Kuwait are meeting soon to discuss procedures for the creation of a joint airline. The two sides announced an agreement to create the $200 million airline on March 14, which will form part of the suspended $500 million war damages Kuwait expects from Iraq. (The remainder of the reparations will be paid in cash).
