The UK division of GA Telesis has appointed Carsten Holm as vice-president of technical services. Holm, previously of Star Air, where he served as VP of technical now takes over responsibility of technical operations for GA Telesis’ fleet of leased commercial aircraft and engines. He will also oversee the firm's Helsinki-based engine repair station, GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES).
