UK airline Flybe and Finnish airline Finnair are joining forces to buy Finnish Commuter Airlines (FCA), Finland’s largest domestic air carrier by number of flights FCA will cost €25 million. Flybe will pay €12 million for a 60% stake in the airline, while Finnair will pay the remaining €13.
The new airline will be called Flybe Nordic and the holding company board will be comprised of three representatives from Flybe and two from Finnair.
