Eastern Airways has been completed the purchase of UK Plymouth-based airline Air Southwest from Sutton Harbour Holdings, which decided to sell after the airline's operating profits fell.
Sutton Harbour, which owns Plymouth City Airport said it lost around £7 million in the sale. The airline will continue fly under its existing brand and staff will be employed by Air Southwest.
