The Indian Central Bureau of Investigation has reportedly filed a corruption case against the chief executive of AirAsia, Tony Fernandes, and his deputy Bo Lingam and others. The case alleges that the individuals paid bribes to unnamed officials through a “sham contract” with a Singapore-based company.
AirAsia India denied the allegations and is “cooperating with all regulators and agencies to present the correct facts.”
