The Republic of Chechnya and Bahrain has reached an agreement to establish a new airline. The decision was agreed at a meeting between the head of Russia's North Caucasus Republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and Sheikh Favas al-Khalifa, a representative of Bahrain's royal family.
Bahrain has also agreed to finance new aircraft and equipment for Grozny airport to turn it into an international hub.
