The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has pledged S$200 million to create research institutes and think-tanks to help turn Singapore into a regional Center of Excellence for Air Traffic Management (ATM).
The Center of Excellence for ATM Program Fund (CEPF) will cover a period of 10 years and will also help fund ATM research and development activities.
