Crédit Agricole-CIB has closed the commercial financing of a new A321-200 for Turkish Airlines under a French structured lease. The aircraft is the third of three A321 financing for the airline structured and arranged by Crédit Agricole CIB this year. Crédit Agricole CIB acted as global debt and equity arranger, facility agent and security trustee in the transaction. It has been joined by Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ for providing the commercial debt.
