Boeing is seeking permission to resume 787 flights to conduct tests on the aircraft

The application for 787 test flights is “under evaluation” by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
"We have submitted an application to conduct 787 test flights and it is currently under evaluation by the FAA," says a spokesman.
