BOC Aviation, the lessor owned by the Bank of China, is reported to be considering issuing offshore yuan bonds in Hong Kong, as well as bonds denominated in Hong Kong dollars and yen.
A report in the South China Morning Post stated that the bond issue would be part of a program to fund a $10 billion expansion plan for the next 10 years.
