Asiana Airlines is forming plans to establish a new wholly-owned, low-cost subsidiary in Seoul, based at Incheon and Gimpo international airports.
New CEO of Asiana, Kim Soo-cheon, who used to head up low-cost carrier Air Busan, has introduced a series of measures since taking over, including selling discounted fares during certain time periods.
