Pierre-Henri Gourgeon, chief operating officer of Air France-KLM, has said the two incidences of winter weather that paralysed airports in Paris have cost the airline €25-35 million. Last weekend alone cost €15-20 million said Gourgeon. He apologised to passengers for the disruptions.
