Two Japanese regional airlines, Airdo and Solaseed Air, plan to merge in late 2022, according to a report from Nikkei. Both airlines are backed by ANA Holdings, and aim to reduce costs by merging. However, an offshoot of the plan may be the loss of certain slots at Tokyo's Haneda Airport.
