Airbus plans to increase production of its A320neo from 40 to 47 a month, reports the Financial Times. Production of the aircraft type was reduced from 60 a month in March by the airframe manufacturer due to the collapse in demand.
The FT report states that Airbus has written to suppliers informing them of this intended change and requested that they are prepared for when the market recovers.
