airBaltic said on March 10, 2025, that it plans to hire 150 new staff members, including pilots and senior first officers, to support its growing operations.
The Latvian carrier, which recently expanded its fleet with the addition of its 50th A220 aircraft, cited an increasing need for more pilots.
The airline is also seeking new staff for positions in its operations control centre and flight instructors at the airBaltic training centre.
airBaltic currently employs more than 2,800 members of staff.
