Air India’s board of directors has approved the sale of four Airbus A310 freighter aircraft. The sale of the 20 years old aircraft will “release crew and engineering manpower for the new type of fleet” the airline said.
Other items on the board’s agenda were the approval of the annual report for 2009-10 and the financial results of the first half of the current fiscal year.
