Boeing and AMECO have assisted in the aid of transforming seating in business and economy classes to improve and augment Air China’s 777-200 10 aircraft fleet, to help them and their customers benefit fully from their flight experience.
The fleet underwent a large transformation, consisting of 30 new business class seats, 63 premium economy seats, and the new arrival of personal computer power for every individual on-board.
This new interior is designed to maximise comfort for all passengers on-board, and does so by modernising seating such as business class seats to ‘pod-style’ seats. This new upgrade is assisted and managed by Boeing Commercial Aviation Services throughout the entire course of the operation and was overseen by Craig Lawson- Director of Modification Services whom stated: “Boeing is providing an advantage to Air China with a new interior design and includes comprehensive support that only Boeing can offer.”
