American International Group (AIG) plans to exit its stake in AerCap Holdings with the sale of its remaining 10.7 million shares valued at approximately $513 million. Citi and Goldman Sachs are global coordinators on the offering.
AIG will lose its representation on the AerCap board after completing the offering.
