Aegean Airlines has closed a Japanese operating lease with call option (JOLCO) for one A320neo which was delivered new from Airbus. Credit Agricole CIB (CACIB) was the JOLCO arranger.
CACIB is also acting as facility agent, security trustee and lender. This transaction is the first JOLCO closed by the Greek airline.
Aegean received its first A320neo in December 2019; the airline now has 18 of the aircraft within the fleet.
