Wilson becomes head of aircraft finance as CMS Cameron McKenna

CMS in London has appointed Keith Wilson as head of Aircraft Finance and a partner in the asset finance team. Keith joins the firm from Berwin Leighton Paisner and brings twenty-five years of experience in aircraft finance, representing clients across a wide variety of transactions including debt and capital market transactions, leasing transactions and portfolio acquisitions and sales. Although primarily focused on the aircraft finance and leasing industry, Keith also has considerable experience of other asset classes including oil and gas financing and leasing particularly reserve based lending, vendor financing,  ship finance and real estate finance.
