Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) has announced the appointment of Dr Beh Swan Gin as an independent and non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st September.Beh is the current Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Law. He previously served as Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) from 2008 to 2012.
